I don’t believe I should have to pay my friend under these circumstances. Me and my friend rented NBA Live 09 for the 360. We played 3 games before we decided to put money on it. We were about equal, so I thought why not bet and make it fun. My friend had a buddy over that was an expert at the game. He told him what team to use, what players to put in, who was good at three’s and gaming. He was like his own personal adviser thought out whole game. He knows all the NBA players, which player is good at what. So basically my friend was coached throughout the entire game. He also told him how to shut my players down. I don’t believe this was fair because I don’t know what players are good and who shoots the three’s, but since my friend had that advantage, he just killed me. My friends argument was, I was the one playing not him, I pressed the buttons, but then I said, it was unfair that he told you what to do thought out the entire game and thats why you were able to win so easily. I feel that his friend gave him an edge and the bet was unfair. Me and my friend decided to appeal the decision to yahoo answers.
